It's funny when people talk about losing weight...people will refer to the biggest loser...
some people tend to refer it as a motivation...
while some people use it as an item to motivate others..
well apparently that sux...and it doesn't work that way
as for..
Normal people have life to live for and people have a lot of other things other than working out all day just to make themselves lose weight..
It's about changing a lifestyle not pushing yourself for that particular period only..
what is so funny for me is that...many of my friends do motivate me by using the show as an example that fat people can be skinny again..
and they keep on telling on how easy it is..
you can do it Hamdan!! you can lose 10kg in a month just like that !
look at biggest loser..they lost 5kg in a week!
i am like...seriously guys???
how about u lose some weight too and tell me how easy it is for you guys huh...
sometimes...people talk for the sake of talking..
i have friends telling me i can lose that amount of weight and i'll be fit in no time...
but when i ask them how much do they weight? and are they happy with their weight?
apparently they will give a weight they wish they would get back to...
but somehow when i twist it to them...
so...u think u can get your desired weight back in a month(since they are not that heavy either)?
most of them was like...are you crazy??
it is hard to lose 2kg..bla bla bla...my weight have been stagnant for a while..
and i was like Pfffft....
and your motivating me?? saying it's easy to lose 10kg and more in mere months...
while i ask you to lose like less then 5kg a month...and you said it is impossible...
think about that...
i'm not saying it's not possible...
i'm just saying with a normal effort of a normal living person..
it would not be as easy as you say...or even as it's seen on TV...
