I can't believe that I made a rookie mistake..
to lose more is to build more..
what I mean by here is..In order for the body to burn more fat..our body needs more muscle..
but what i've been doing for the past few weeks is shrinking my muscles instead of building it..
thus no positive gain in weightloss just fat visible fat loss here n there..
Our body when we push on cardio only..we will eventually lose those fat..but along the way..we lose our muscles too..shrinkage of muscles..that's why some people who lose weight by dieting and only do cardio workout will have many flabs around their body especially in their tummy,arms n thigh...and people who lost their weight but do a full workout for their body..even pumping is considered a good all round workout..this people tend to have a much better looking physic and more tone in the look of their body..
next week onwards need to change my workout routine..instead of doing loads n loads of cardio..I will be focusing on resistance training in building muscles in targeted area.
