to start it of i had a very hard time trying to sleep...
being so sad thinking about my relationship life..cant believe she lied so much to me all along..but im learning to put that aside now...i know when im not needed anymore..
apparently i got some sleep...but then woke up kinda early for the day since last night i slept late...
browsing fb n twitter looking on what's people talking about...
then got myself ready to go to the gym...wasn't planing to do a full proper workout that much..
had a bowl of honey oatmeal before i go..well that's about it..
the traffic to pyramid was slow due to an accident..
got there n went straight to the gym..as i was starting my warm up
i was approach by one of the trainers there..i know it's for sure about PT session..PT(presonal trainer)
so i stop my walk and hear what he has to say...and apperently i have a free session that i haven't use yet..so i did my warm up and later went to the dude for the PT session...i was feeling wierd all over after that warm up..my legs were wobbly..my hands were shaking..but i kept on going..
the session started of with very simple moves..some stretching..
then the workout start...the routine was more focus on the thigh..
as the routine moves on..my body was pathetic..i was sweating like crazy and my head was light..
then suddenly im feeling my ear pressure was funny..and after that the world went dark for me..but i am still conscious...they ask me to lie down n keep on breathing..
then one of the trainer gave me a bottle of gatorade to energize me back..yeah and it does help a lot..
my mistake was not having a solid breakfast and also lack of sleep..
so guys..sleep well..it will keep your body in good shape and your mind in great condition..
what i did was wrong..but i learned my lesson..
but i am happy for one thing tho..
i lost 4 kg...the weight that i gain during all the wedding trips and sending lil sis back to kedah..
so now im in square one again...wish me luck!
