wierd feeling

After all this while i didn't work out..i guess my body is in shock..
feeling so weak all over..and also feeling like having bruises everywhere..
sigh~
to youngsters...start working out young yo..your body wont be as energetic as u were in your teen days..
btw..im gonna keep on pushing myself for the next few days just to let my body adapt to the workout..
so far for the day...i walk for about 5km or so...did some work for my legs and that's about it..
next thing to do is to tune my eating habits...
