semester 3 of MC 224

Currently i am in sem 3 of advertising...with 9 subject to carry for this semester..and only 3 out of this 9 is the advertising subject others are the same as any other sequence in the masscomm faculty..
ok let's go by subject...

Business and professional communication-It's a subject where we learn to interact and to speak in meetings. yeah..it's something like Muet speaking test juz it's in a meeting order. and we are need to learn how to use professional business english in a meeting

Communication and research method-Aiyak ..research lg..actually sama je with sem 5 n 6 dulu ..but they said it's more towards quantitative approach ...WTF???
ade different ke? where we learn the same thing also last time..they said..it's should prepare us for penulisan ilmiah later on *sigh*
damn it...dulu blaja research to prepare us for profesional project..

Marketing research-a subject i guess only the advert student has it..what's great and funny about it is ..it's a RESEARCH paper again ..juz with a marketing approach ..omg omg omg ...

Advertising copywriting-A subject that we learn to be young and creative copywriter...sepatutnya la..
most of my frenz said that this is the only subject yg "mcm advert" sket la..here, we become crazy over ads...and buying magz juz to find ads to be torn out >=) muahahaha

Consumer behavior-learning how to understand the consumer...subject nih should be good for marketeer i presume...but in class..
all we learn is to highlight our text book...we did it for the lulz..

Japanese language-I took on japanese language for 3rd language...i juz have a bit interest in japanese language compare to the other that is offered in the university...most of my housemates are taking german and french class...so far so good for me since i've taken a class few semester ago

Ethnic relations-Here we learn about relation of ethnics..basically it's between malays n bumis toward the others...history and stuff included...this are the subject some refer to as a subject that is totally racist..WTH...everyone is racist everynow and then ...so be it..don't fool ur self to say u are not ..

Visual communication-Err...apa eh nak cakap pasal subject ni..
oh ya ..it's an elective subject i'm taking...it's basically about the usage of visual in communication...how it works to convey the message...
the class is pretty crazy sometime..coz we are so blur about what we are learning =O

Management-Here is a subject where we learn how to be a great manager..i always call this class "kelas utk jadi BOSS"
haha...kinda cool but a lots of things to be memorize that somehow it is related most of the time...what's funny about this is ..the things that are teach to us ..most of it cant be use in most organization ..I am totally annoyed with that fact..damn it...american sylabus *sigh*

so this is basically what im learning at the moment...im still tryin to adapt to the life of degree..since it's not the same compare to diploma time...
and i really hope it wont be too late before becoz i do wanna score good result..yela since degree ni kan bila grad ada 1st class,2nd upper,2nd lower ...compare to dip..u juz grad with a scrool ..the difference is the cgpa..
